25th Annual Candlelight Vigil Set for December 11, 4-6 p.m. Don't miss the 25th Annual Candlelight Vigil for Peace and Justice, commemorating International Human Rights Day, on Dec. 11, 4 to 6 p.m. at the corner of 16th and J Streets in Sacramento. "This is a sweet (if sometimes quite chilly!) Sacramento tradition," says Darien De Lu, long time WILPF and Central America Action Committee (CAAC) activist. "Dec. 10 is International Human Rights Day and the vigil is usually on the nearest Tuesday. I'll be going by, as many others, once I get out of work; maybe I can get off a little early!"
